PRE-ORDER

What is Pre-Order?A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.

As the nature of "Pre-Order" is different from the "Ready Stock" in terms of product availability & delivery, please ensure you had Read and Understand the following Pre-Order Terms and Conditions before proceed for ordering. 

(1) Pre-Order closing date : 15th and 30th 6:00pm of every month

(2) Estimate Arrival Date : After 2 weeks from the closing date. 

Important Note : The Arrival period (i.e. 2 weeks) does not include Weekend and Malaysia & our provider country's Public Holiday. In addition, some contributing factors that out of our control such as Natural Disaster, Shipping Delay by courier service provider, Custom clearance and etc could potentially delay our effort to meet our commitment to deliver your goods within the target time. As such, the order delivery might be delayed and we will inform you of such circumstances. 

(5) Full payment shall be made before your order to be processed

(6) There will be no changes once payment has been successfully made

(7) We will 100% refund to buyers if the merchandise is out of stock,please email us your bank account number and name. Note: We will not give you any early notification of the out of stock merchandise.

(9) For buyers who are lack of patient to wait for the arrivals of pre-order items, please do not participate in pre-order items ordering to avoid any disappointment. Instead you can take a look at our ready stock items, we’ve plenty of choices for you.

(10) Due to some of the products are from various suppliers and brands (unless stated otherwise), the actual products might have some variances of color and quality compared to the photos/pictures displayed. Buyers that couldn’t accept the possible differences please do not place any orders.

 (11) We do not bear any responsibility on lost of merchandise during shipping. But be assured that we will provide help and support in tracing your parcel.

(12) All prices are fixed price. No further negotiation allows.

(13) There will be no refund except otherwise stated in our RETURN POLICY.

(14) NASHA AMNI COLLECTIONS has the rights to change any rules and regulations without any notification.
